Uva Ursi is a ground covering shrub found across the cooler parts of North America, Europe and Asia. It is a hardy evergreen and is wild harvested for the Cunning Folkery Shop up in the alpine summits. Used by the bears and Native Americans, it is largely used in herbal wellness culture for kidney infections, bladder infections, UTIs and swelling/inflammation of the urinary tract. It is also used in women’s health for issues associated with menstruation.

Magically, Uva Ursi is in the realm of physic power and divination, used especially for such things in a sacred smoke used by Native Americans. There is also a strong connection to bears and the animal kingdom, providing ancestral knowledge.
