Most find the turkey vulture to be a rancid, diseased animal without realizing that looks can be deceiving; and that vulture magic can be very potent. Vultures have powerful senses, instincts and understanding of their capabilities, and can bring insight through ritual work by the magical user. They are there to restore harmony to forgotten places and work within the shadows. It’s hard to see in moments of despair, but Vulture tells us suffering is temporary and is necessary to reach a higher purpose/growth and being noticed for the work you do, rather than how you appear. Working with Vulture can help one with ability to see auras and energy patterns.
These vultured turkey feathers are great for ancestor rituals, altar adornments, smoke work, hat filigree, quills and so much more. Ethically harvested, they are in perfect shape with stiff spines and unfaded coloring.
